¼ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Sweet Paprika
3 tablespoons black pepper
3 tablespoons coarse salt
1 tablespoon smoked salt (or 1 tablespoon more coarse salt)
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons celery salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

--Mix all ingredients well in a a bowl

--Transfer to an airtight container until used

--From Tim: This is a great BBQ rub to keep on hand. I make a large batch and freeze what isn't used, it should keep for at least 6 months.

--From Tim: Make this a little ahead of time, I think as it sits the flavors blend some and taste better. (It's probably just me but hey, try it and let me know)
