White Cake Mix

1-8 oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar

Frosting
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup butter (softened)
3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-3 cups crushed pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake per instructions and poke holes in cake.

Boil pineapple with juice and 1 cup sugar, pour over cake. In medium bowl mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar. Add vanilla and pecans and stir really well. Ice the cake. This cake is off the chain good!

Ok so I had to put this recipe in this book because the Grandkids may not know who he was so this gives you parents a chance to share history with your kids. "The King" XOXO
