4 slices bacon, sliced and 1 inch pieces
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
7 ½oz. Can stewed tomatoes
1 tablespoon snipped parsley
¼ teaspoon sage
¼ teaspoon savory
¼ teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 ½ cups sliced zucchini
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp, in 2 tablespoons of drippings, cook onions and celery. Add remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer until tender. Top with Parmesan cheese.
