1 pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cups oven toasted rice cereal
1 cup peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with Eagle Brand. Remove from heat; stir in cereal and peanuts. Drop by small spoonfuls onto wax paper-lined baking sheets. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
