½ cup butter
1 cup water
¼ t salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs
Sweetened whipped cream for filling

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter, water and salt to a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Stir in flour with a rubber scraper until it forms a ball. Beat in eggs one at a time, until mixture is smooth. Pipe or spoon in 1 ½ inch circles on parchment lined pans. Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Make a slit in each for steam to escape and return to oven and turn off oven. Make sure cream puffs are completely cool before filling with sweetened whipping cream. Store unfilled puffs in sealed container. Fill shortly before serving, dusting with powdered sugar.
