3/4 c flour
3/4 c milk
pinch of salt
3 eggs
2 Tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 375. Heat cast iron skillet with butter in it. Mix batter and pour into hot skillet. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes and reduce temperature to 325 to cook 5 minutes. Cut like pie and serve with powdered sugar, syrup, butter, jams etc.
