1 stick butter
bay leaf
2 lbs Velveeta cheese
16 oz sour cream
1 lb mushrooms fresh diced fine
2 large bell peppers diced fine
2 big bundles green onions chopped fine
2-5 cooked bacon slices crumbled
4-6 cloves of garlic finely diced
1 Tbsp Zatarains crab boil
2 lbs crawfish or small shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetables in butter with bay leaf. Add shrimp or crawfish for 3 minutes. Cut cheese in. Then adjust for taste. Add sour cream if too thick, add shredded cheddar if too thin. Serve with Fritos scoop chips.
