2 eggs
2/3 c butter
1 c sugar
1/4 c milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon extract
4 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together your butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs into the mixture.
in a separate dish, dissolve your baking soda in the milk and then add to your cream egg/sugar mixture
Add vanilla and lemon flavoring then add your dry ingredients and mix well.
Chill dough for 2 hrs or overnight
Roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thick
Cut out shapes with your favorite cutters and place on a baking sheet
Bake 8 to 10 mins at 350
