2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 cubes butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
½ c. sour milk (!?)
1 tsp. vanilla

Optional: chopped walnuts

Tools:
Sauce pot
Mixing bowl
Cookie sheet

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, cocoa, butter, and bring to a boil while stirring.
Mix flour & sugar and combine with boiling mixture. Stir well.
Add remaining ingredients, soda last.
Pour into greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350ºF for 20 min.

When done baking, sprinkle nuts on hot cake and pour frosting on cake (see "Janet's Texas Sheet Cake Icing" recipe).
