2 pound steak tips
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons oil, divided
1 clove garlic, minced
12 very small white onions, peeled
¾ pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 cup red wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
¼ cup hot water
buttered noodles

Cut beef into 1 inch cubes. The slightly with 1/3 cup flour. In 2 tablespoons hot oil, over medium heat, brown meat on all sides, remove. At 2 tablespoons oil to pan and sauté garlic, onions, and mushrooms for 3 to 5 minutes. Add meat. Combine bouillon cubes, wine, Worcestershire sauce, and catch up. Stir into meat mixture. Cover and simmer over low heat or cook in a 350° oven for one hour, or until meat is tender. Mix 1 tablespoon flour with ¼ cup hot water and blended sauce. Cook until sauce thickens. Serve over hot, buttery noodles. Serves six.
