1/2 cups flour (shake in)
1 large 14420 Reynolds cooking bag
Place in open pan or casserole
Add 1 - 14 oz can Italian style stewed tomateos
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 carrots (chopped)
4 potatoes (quartered)
Then add:
2 lbs beef for stew

Squeeze bag to mix ingredients. Close bag with a twist tie. Slit 6 1/2" slits on top. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours in 350° oven.
