3 oz cinnamon
3 oz ground cumin
2 oz black pepper
2 oz all spice
2 oz celery salt
2 oz celery seed
2 lg spoon Accent
16 oz salt
8 oz paprika
1 handful Japanese peppers

10 lbs beef
6 onions
4 garlic
3 batches no 10 can tomato paste

add seasonings to beef
simmer with onions garlic and tomato paste
