2/3 Cup Margarine
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 Cup milk
1 Cup mushed Bananas (About 2 large onces)
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
1) Cream Margarine and Sugar
2) Add eggs and beat again
3) Add flour, baking powder, and salt and mix.
4) Add milk into the flour mixture.
5) Then add Bananas and vanilla
6) Bake at 350 in 1 bread pan (greased lightly and floured) for about 45 minutes or pour 2 dozen regular sized greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
