1 package McCormick Swiss Steak Seasoning
2 (14 oz) cans stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 lbs family or round steak, cut into small servings
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, salt and pepper. Coat steaks with flour and brown in oil in frying pan. Place in roaster. Sprinkle with the McCormick Swiss Steak seasoning packet. Pierce meat with a fork. Mix together tomatoes, tomato sauce and water in a large bowl. Pour over steak. Cover and cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 300. Serve meat and sauce over mashed potatoes.
