1 stick butter
1 c powdered sugar
1/4 c rum
1 egg yolk
milk
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wisk butter and sugar over low heat stirring constantly. Add rum and egg yolk. Heat on medium low and add milk to taste and sprinkle with salt to taste. Add 1 Tbsp powdered sugar and whisk constantly for a few minutes. Fix to taste. Whisk before spooning over bread pudding.
