1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp yeast
1/4 c warm milk
1 egg
1/2 c pineapple juice
1/3 c sugar
4 Tbsp soft butter
3 c flour
1/2 c potato flakes
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp coconut extract

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm milk, let proof about 10 minutes. Beat in eggs, juice, sugar, extracts, ginger, butter. Stir in flour and salt until stiff batter. Cover with damp cloth and let rise until doubled. Deflate and form into round loaf. Cover and let rise until doubled again. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. (or put all ingredients into a bread machine)
