1 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar (28 g)
2 t. vanilla
1 t. water
2 c. flour (240 g)
1 c. pecans or walnuts (113 g)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and ¼ c. powdered sugar and vanilla. Add water, flour and nuts. Roll into balls. Bake at 325º for 20 minutes.

Either roll in powdered sugar or roll in frosting. Combine 2 c. Powdered sugar, ¼ c. Milk, and 1 t. vanilla. After snowballs cool, roll in frosting, then coconut, if desired.
