1 lb chicken tenders cut into 1" cubes
1 large egg
1 1/2 Tbsp flour
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp garlic salt

Ranch Dressing

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a half sheet pan with parchment/ spray with cooking spray.

Make a dredging station with three flat bottomed bowls/plates - 1 with flour, 1 with whisked egg, 1 with panko, parmesan, spices.

Dip the chicken pieces into the flour, then egg, then panko mixture.

Place on prepared parchment.

Bake 15 minutes / turn pieces over / bake 10 more minutes.

Serve with ranch dressing.

I found this appetizer recipe and served it for dinner. What a hit. You may need to add more flour/etc to the dredging station depending on how it goes. Its quick and easy!
