Berghoff Vegetable Soup Recipe

1 pound Ground Beef (or Stew Beef)
1 (16 ounce) can Diced Tomatoes
2 Carrots, diced
2 Onions, diced
2 Potatoes, Chunked
2 Celery Ribs, chopped
3 cups Water
32 ounces V-8 Juice (*I use spicy)
3 cubes Beef Bouillon
1 Bay Leaf
1 (10 ounce) bag Mixed Vegetables, frozen
Salt and Pepper to taste

Brown ground beef. Add all ingredients. Simmer for 45 minutes to 3 hours.

Brown ground beef. Add all ingredients except for frozen vegetables. Cook on low all day. Add frozen vegetables and increase temperature to high for additional hour.
