1 pint Small Curd Cottage Cheese
1½ cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1½ cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons Flour
½ cup Butter (1 stick)
1 (10 ounce) package Chopped Spinach (frozen), thawed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all cheeses, egg, and flour in large bowl.
Slice butter into small pieces; stir into mixture.
Place in a 9x9 glass baking dish.
Sprinkle the spinach on the top.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
Let stand for 15 minutes prior to serving.


Note: If you double the recipe, use a 9x13 casserole dish.
Do NOT double the amount of butter; use 1 butter stick and ¼ or ½
