1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
½ cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ⅓ cups Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients and cook over medium heat until thickened (about 12 minutes).
Remove from heat.
Add coconut and pecans to cooked mixture and mix well.
Cool until thick enough to spread, beating occasionally.
