8 to 10 medium potatoes
1 (8oz.) cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
Salt
Butter
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes; beat cream cheese and sour cream together. Add hot potatoes, beating until light and fluffy. Season with salt. Spoon into buttered 2 quart casserole. Brush with butter and paprika. Brown in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Can be made ahead and heated later.
