2 pounds Chicken, cooked and chopped
1 (48 ounce) jar Northern White Beans, including liquid
1 (20 oz or larger) jar Salsa, whatever brand you like (use medium vs. mild, especially if not using pepper jack cheese)
2 teaspoons Cumin
8 ounces Pepper Jack Cheese (use Monterey Jack if you do not want it spicy), shredded

Heat together all ingredients except for cheeses. When hot, add cheese and stir until melted together.
