1½ pounds Ground Beef
¾ cup Rolled Oats, uncooked
¼ cup Onion, finely chopped
¾ cup Milk
1½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients gently with a fork. Form a loaf by gently pressing the meat into a loaf pan and inverting on a roasting pan (or by patting into a loaf shape in a roasting pan). Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
