Ingredients:  
3-4 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes (fresh or canned) 2 lbs.
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Topping

1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup butter softened

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sweet potatoes and 1/3 cup butter.
Add milk, eggs, vanilla, granulated sugar and salt. Mix well.
Turn into a 9-inch square casserole dish.

Combine topping ingredients.
Spread over sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
