3/4 Cup Butter, softened
1 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Oats
1 Can 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with brown sugar and salt until incorporated. Blend in flour and oats. Press about 2/3 of the mixture into bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

In a saucepan heat sweetened condensed milk over medium-low heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.

Spread over the oat mixture in the 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining oat mixture crumbs . Press down lightly and bake at 350º F for 30 - 35 minutes until golden brown.

Cool for 30 - 45 minutes before cutting into squares.
