12 oz fresh, uncooked cranberries
¼ cup green onion
1-2 jalapeno peppers
2 T cilantro
¾ cup sugar
1 T lemon juice
⅛ tsp salt
16 oz whipped cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Use hand food chopper to chop cranberries, onion, jalapeno peppers and cilantro. In a medium-sized bowl, add chopped cranberries, onion, jalapeno and cilantro. Add sugar lemon juice and salt on top of mixture and stir gently until blended. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight. Take cranberry mixture out of the refrigerator and stir together. Strain out all liquid using a colander with small holes. Spread cream cheese in the bottom of a pie plate or 9x9 dish. Pour cranberry mixture on top of cream cheese and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve with Ritz Chips.
