2 cans whole kernel corn

2 cqans corn with red and green peppers

1 cup chopped onions

1/2- 1 cup italian bread crumbs

8-10 oz sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and heat on LOW until heated through and cheese melted.

Be sure to stir frequently and do not cheese burn
