Sour Dough Biscuits Recipe

2 cup warm water
1 pkg dry yeast
cup sugar
1 tsp salt
cup shortening
2-3 cups flour

Pour warm water into large bowl.
Sprinkle yeast and stir to dissolve.
Add sugar, salt and shortening.
Stir in flour. (Will be a soft sticky dough)
Let sit overnight or at least 4 hours.
Grease muffin pan.
Pour onto floured wax or parchment paper.
Pinch off enough dough to fill muffin cups full.
Let rise again.
Bake at 400 until golden brown. (Approx. 20 min.)
