2 cup warm water
1 pkg dry yeast
½ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
¼ cup shortening
2-3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pour warm water into large bowl.
Sprinkle yeast and stir to dissolve.
Add sugar, salt and shortening.
Stir in flour. (Will be a soft sticky dough)
Let sit overnight or at least 4 hours.
Grease muffin pan.
Pour onto floured wax or parchment paper.
Pinch off enough dough to fill muffin cups ½ full.
Let rise again.
Bake at 400º until golden brown. (Approx. 20 min.)
