2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 Cup Melted Butter

1/2 Cup Cold Water
1 Envelope Gelatin

3 Packs of Cream Cheese
1 1/4 Cup Sugar
5 Ounces Evaporated Milk
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup Ameratto
1 Tsp Vanilla
3/4 Cup Whipping Cream

Directions:

Mix butter and graham cracker crumbs together. Pack into pan. Bake in 350 oven till brown.

Put gelatin in water. Let stand for 1 minute. Put over low heat stirring for 3 minutes. Gradually add to cream cheese and sugar.

Add milk, lemon juice, ameratto and vanilla. Fold in whipping cream. Pour into prepared crust. Put in fridge for 3 hours.
