2 cups cake flour
2 cups sugar
2 T cocoa
1 stick butter
1 cup water
cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, sugar and cocoa in a bowl and set aside. On stove top, bring to a boil butter, water and vegetable oil. Pour into the bowl with the flour, sugar and cocoa. Add remaining ingredients and stir together really good. Bake in a 9X13 pan for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

1 box powdered sugar
2 T cocoa
1 stick butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
On stove top, bring to a boil butter and milk. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and cocoa. Add vanilla and chopped walnuts. Pour over cake while cake is still very warm.
