12 oz. can Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tbs. Butter
4 c. Sugar

1-⅔ c. Nuts
1 giant 7 oz. Hershey Milk Chocolate Bar (broken into pieces)
12 ox. pkg. Real Chocolate Semi-Sweet Chips or 2 c. Mini-chips
1 7 oz. jar Marshmallow Creme

Mix 1st 4 ingredients into heavy saucepan and bring to a boil then time about 8 minutes or soft ball stage. Take off heat. Then add last 4 ingredients. Mix well and pour into 11 x 15 buttered pan. Cool completely before cutting
