1 c. flour
1 c. water
½ c. salt
2 tbsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. oil
Food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients together in a medium saucepan. Mix together. Put on stove on medium-high heat. Once it’s all cooked, pick it up with your hands & knead it. It’s ready for kids as soon as they’re ready to touch it!
