1 chicken
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 egg
½ cup milk

Directions:

-- Beat egg and add milk

--Combine flour, salt and paprika in a large ziploc bag (large enough to shake chicken in)

--Clean and cut chicken into 8 pieces

--Dip chicken in egg mixture then shake in flour mixture

--Pan fry in Mazola oil on medium high heat (oil sufficient enough to come halfway up chicken)

--Cook for 15-20 minutes depending on the piece, turn once during cooking.

--From Tim: I would recommend a cast iron skillet as it holds heat well and the oil wont cool as much when you add the chicken, this way the chicken won't taste greasy.
