Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

1 cup butter flavored Crisco
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 eggs
2½ cups floup
1 tsp baking powder
1¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Crisco, peanut butter, sugars and eggs thoroughly. Sift rest of ingredients together and stir in.

Chill dough

Heat oven to 375º

Roll dough into balls, the size of a golf ball

Place 3" apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in flour...crisscrosses

Bake 10-12 minutes or until set, but not hard
