Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (5lb) beef (chuck) roast
1 (10oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10oz) can cream of onion soup
salt and pepper

3 tbsp flour
4 tbsp cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In a regular crock pot mix together cream of mushroom and onion soup. Season the roast with salt and pepper. Place in middle of soup and spoon some over the top. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3.

Before serving pour as much liquid as you can into a saucepan. Bring to a boil then add the flour/water mixture. If you like your gravy thick you may need more of the water flour mixture. Reduce heat to low and cook until desired consistancy.

Personal Notes:
I have discovered that cream of onion soup is hard to find. The next best thing is French onion soup. It will make a bit more liquid but that just means more gravy!!!
