1 head cabbage
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. garlic paste
2 tsp fennel or caraway seeds
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Slice cabbage into 1" "steaks" and arrange on the prepared pan.

Mix together the oil, garlic, seeds, salt and pepper. Using a pastry brush, brush half of the mixture on the "steaks". Flip them over, brush the remainder on this side.

Roast 20 minutes, flip, roast 20 more minutes or until edges get crispy.

This is one of those recipes you can play with. If you don't enjoy the taste of fennel you can use italian, greek, or just olive oil and salt and pepper. Make it taste the way you want it to taste!
