5 pounds of stew meat
32oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables
2 large (32oz) bottles of vegetable juice
5 pounds of potatoes (chopped into bite size pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
add vegetable juice and stew meat to a large pan
fill one of the vegetable juice bottles with water and add to the pan
cover and cook meat till done

Put covered pan in fridge and let sit overnight

The next day, add the vegetables and potatoes and cook till potatoes are tender

This makes a pretty big pot of soup. It lasts us for a few days and the flavor gets better each day.
