Cinnamon Rolls

½ recipe Sweet Roll Dough
¼ cup softened butter
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
½ cup raisins, if desired


Directions:
Directions:
--Generously grease 13 x 9 inch pan

--On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough into 18 x 12 inch rectangle

--Spread with butter

--Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over dough

--Sprinkle raisins over dough if desired

--Beginning with long edge, roll dough tightly pressing edges along seam to seal

--Cut into 18 slices and place cut side down in pan

--Cover and let rise 35-40 minutes or until doubled

--Bake in a 375ºF oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown

--Remove from oven and place on wire rack

¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon softened butter
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoons milk

--Near the end of cook time, mix powdered sugar, butter, vanilla extract and milk

--Allow rolls to cool a little then drizzle over warm rolls once removed from oven, too hot and your icing will melt right off
