• 2 TBSP oil
• 2 TBSP lemon or lime juice
• 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1 1/2 tsp dried cumin
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
• 1 pound boneless meat (steak, chicken, pork) cut into small strips
• toppings such as peppers, onion, sour cream, cheese, salsa

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut meat into chunks the size of a dime.
2. Combine all ingredients together in zip lock bag
3. Let marinade for 30 minutes if chicken, 1 hour for pork, or 2 hours for steak
4. Once marinating time has passed, put combination in strainer to get off excess marinade and shake
5. Heat 2 TBSP oil in pan heat at medium high
6. Work in batches, only put enough meat to have a 1 layer of meat in the bottom of the pan
7. Cook meat for 2 minutes per batch
8. Once meat is finished, I make sautéed sliced peppers and onion.
