1½ Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs (about 18 crackers crushed)
3 Tablespoons sugar
⅓ Cup melted butter


Crumb topping for Dutch apple pie etc.

½ Cup Butter
½ Cup Brown Sugar
l Cup Flour
* You can also use Quaker Oats instead of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a bowl. Add the butter
and mix thoroughly. If you want you can save a ¼ cup of mixture for topping on pie.
Press mixture firmly and evenly against the bottom and sides of a pie pan. You can use the
bottom of another pie dish to help do this. Bake 10 min. Cool and fill with filling.


Crumb Topping
Mix all the ingredients together until crumbly. Place on top of pie or cobbler.
