Caramel Nut Sticky Rolls Recipe

cup brown sugar, firmly packed
cup softened butter
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
to cup chopped nuts
recipe sweet roll dough
2 tablespoons softened butter
cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

--Generously grease 13 x 9 inch pan

--In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cup of butter and corn syrup, mix well.

--Drop mixture into greased pan by spoonfuls and spread evenly

--Sprinkle with nuts

--On a lightly floured surface, roll out recipe of Sweet Roll Dough to 18 x 12 inch rectangle

--Spread 2 tablespoons butter on dough evenly

--Combine cup sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over dough

--Beginning with long side, tightly roll dough and press edges at seam to seal

--Cut into 18 slices, place cut side down in greased pan

--Cover and let rise 35-45 minutes or until doubled

--Bake in 375F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown

--Remove from oven, Cool for 1 minute then invert onto serving dish or pan
