Ingredients:  
3 lbs carrots
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp salt
3 T butter cut into slices
1 T fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Prep carrots and cut at an angle, about an inch thick. Place sliced carrots in crock pot. Pour maple syrup over the carrots and stir. Sprinkle with salt and add butter slices on top. Cover and cook on high for 3 hrs.

Put carrots in serving dish and ladle all the juices on top. Sprinkle with fresh parsley

Easy dish to serve for Thanksgiving. It's a nice presentation and the carrots are delicious.
