12 oz. Salmon cut into 3 or 4 strips
salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. warm water
1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic - minced
1/2 lemon - wedged (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Season Salmon with salt, pepper and cayenne. Set aside.

Mix together honey, water, vinegar and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Set aside.

Heat skillet with the olive oil. Pan fry salmon until about half done. (depending on heat of skillet, about 2 to 3 minutes) Add garlic until slightly browned. Add the honey mixture and, if using, the lemon wedges. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is sticky. If you want it a little crispier, place under the broiler for about 1 minute.
