¾ C sifted flour
1 tbsp sugar
1¼ C half and Half (or 2% milk)
Butter
Lingonberries
Maple syrup

Directions:
Whisk eggs, add flour/combined with sugar alternately with milk or half & half until smooth. Pour on hot-buttered griddle, turning once when golden brown. Serve with warm maple syrup or berries.
