Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Mix together:
1 cup Wesson oil
2 cup sugar
3 eggs
Mix together and add to the above mixture along with nuts zucchini and vanilla.
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 cups grated zucchini pealed
1 tsp soda
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Bake in 2 loaf pans 40 to 50 minutes at 350.
