3 lbs Yukon gold potatoes
1 stick of butter
Heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes up in 1 inch chunks and place in cold water in pan. Add a teaspoon of salt. Bring up to a boil and cook until fork tender. Drain water and add stick of butter or margarine. Mash with potato masher or mixer adding cream until you like the consistency. Put some chunks of butter on top and pepper.
