MEATBALLS
Lean hamburger
Garlic salt to taste
Chopped onion
Ketchup
Worcestershire sauce to taste

SAUCE
1 cup water
¾ cup brown sugar
Splash of vinegar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix meatball ingredients together.
2. Roll meat into 1 inch balls.
3. Bake meatballs at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes.
4. While meatballs are baking, mix together sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir constantly (approx. 10-15 minutes). Take off heat and add one can of crushed pineapple, juice and all.
5. Drain fat from meatballs.
6. Add sweet and sour sauce to meatballs and bake for another 40-50 minutes at 350ºF.

Serve with rice or potatoes.
