2 pounds stew beef
3 potatoes,cut into chunks
8 carrots, cut into chunks
8 small yellow onions, cut into chunks
2 cans diced tomatoes
½-1 cup red wine
1 container beef demi glace or 1-2 cubes beef bullion
Seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
--Toss beef with flour and seasoning salt in a ziploc bag. (don't overload bag to ensure even coating)

--In a pot large enough for all ingredients, Brown beef a little at a time in olive oil, set browned beef aside and add more olive oil until all beef is browned

--Remove beef and add red wine to deglaze pan, scraping bottom of pan clean.

--Add diced tomatoes, demi glace and 3-4 cups of water

--Add carrots and beef to pot and simmer for 2 hours

--Add potatoes and onions and return to simmer

--Cook until potatoes are tender
