1½ pounds ground chuck
4 large onions, chopped
⅓ bell pepper, chopped
salt
pepper
dried mint
¼ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ stick butter
¼ cup pine nuts

Directions:

--Brown meat and drain

--Add onion and bell pepper and saute until translucent.

--Add spices and mix

--In a separate pan saute pine nuts in clarified butter.

--Add pine nuts to meat mixture and mix well.

--Although included here as it's own recipe, Hoshwee is an ingredient in Kibby. It can be served on its own with hummus and pita bread.
